Biography

Lecturer at the Cyber Law Department, Tashkent State University of Law Temurbek Pulatov is a legal scholar and lecturer specializing in the intersection of law and digital technologies. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Law at Tashkent State University of Law, where he also serves as a faculty member in the Cyber Law Department. His academic background includes an LL.B. from TSUL and an LL.M. from The Pennsylvania State University, with a concentration in international legal studies and emerging technologies. His primary research areas include Financial Technologies (FinTech), cross-border data flow regulation, blockchain and distributed ledger technologies, and Internet law. He is actively involved in both academic and practical initiatives aimed at shaping digital legal frameworks in Uzbekistan and contributing to global discourse on legal challenges in the digital age.
