Biography

Naeem AllahRakha is a highly qualified professional with a PhD in law. He works as a professional lawyer, a certified mediator, and an arbitrator, and also teaches at a university. He is part of the Department of Cyber Law at Tashkent State University of Law and is a member of the Bar Councils. Additionally, he plays an editorial role in research journals. Naeem has held important positions, including Co-Chairman of the Human Rights Committee in Punjab and Deputy Chairman of the Anti-Corruption & Jail Monitoring Committee in Lahore. He is also a member of the UN/CEFACT working group.
