Biography

Madinabonu Yakubova (Khusanova) is an Associate Professor at the Cyber Law Department of Tashkent State University of Law and holds a PhD in Law. She specializes in investment law, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. Her diverse professional background spans both public and private sectors, including positions at the Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan and KPMG Tax & Legal. She earned her Master of Law degree from Nagoya University (Japan) and completed her PhD on improving investment dispute settlement mechanisms. With extensive expertise in legal technology, she recently completed specialized training in Legal Tech and AI at Oxford University. She is the author of over 18 academic publications focusing on investment law, cybersecurity, and alternative dispute resolution. 2010-2014 Bachelor of TSUL 2014-2016 Nagoya University Master's degree (Japan) 2019-2022 Doctoral studies at TSUL
