Course Description

The module "International Cyberterrorism and Critical Infrastructure Protection Law" is aimed at studying international legal mechanisms for combating cyberterrorism and ensuring protection of critical information infrastructure in the global context, including analysis of national strategies and international agreements.
The study of international legal foundations for combating cyberterrorism contributes to deepening knowledge about modern challenges to international security in cyberspace, as well as understanding mechanisms of international cooperation in this field. The module allows students to comprehend the role of international organizations in forming legal standards for critical infrastructure protection and contributes to the development of skills in analyzing geopolitical aspects of cybersecurity.
The module "International Cyberterrorism and Critical Infrastructure Protection Law" covers the entire spectrum of international legal regulation in this field - from conceptual foundations of cyberterrorism to practical mechanisms for protecting critical infrastructure, based on analysis of international documents and national approaches. In addition, it contributes to the formation of practical skills in this field.
