Course Description

The module "EU Digital Economy Law" is aimed at studying the fundamentals of EU digital economy law, platform economy, data economics and digital assets, creative digital economy, digital financial services, digital infrastructure, green digital economy, labor relations and rights protection in the digital economy.
The study of EU digital economy law contributes to deepening knowledge about contemporary approaches to regulating digital markets, platform economy, fintech services, personal data protection, labor relations in the gig economy and international aspects of digital law.
The module covers fundamentals of digital economy law, platform economy, data economics, creative digital economy, financial services, digital infrastructure, green economy, labor relations, rights protection and international aspects of EU digital law.
Instruction is conducted in Uzbek, Russian, and English languages.
