Course Description

The module "BRICS and SCO Cybersecurity Legal Frameworks" is aimed at studying the approaches of BRICS and SCO countries to the legal regulation of cybersecurity, including national legislation, bilateral and multilateral cooperation agreements within these international organizations.
The study of regional approaches to cybersecurity contributes to deepening knowledge about international mechanisms of cooperation in cyberspace, as well as understanding the differences between Western and Eurasian approaches to Internet governance. The module allows students to understand the role of international organizations in shaping global cyber law and contributes to the formation of comparative legal analysis skills.
The module "BRICS and SCO Cybersecurity Legal Frameworks" covers the entire spectrum of legal relations in the field of international cybersecurity within the specified integration associations, based on the analysis of national approaches and multilateral agreements. In addition, it contributes to the formation of practical skills in this field.
Instruction is conducted in Uzbek, Russian, and English languages.
