Abstract

This article examines the experience of INTERPOL and EUROPOL in collecting and analyzing digital
evidence and the practical significance of this experience for Uzbekistan. The global growth of cybercrime and its
disregard for national borders further increase the importance of international cooperation. The study explores
the protocols, technologies, and legal mechanisms developed by INTERPOL and EUROPOL for collecting, storing,
analyzing, and exchanging digital evidence. In addition, the existing legislative framework, institutional structures,
and technical capabilities in Uzbekistan were analyzed, and the possibilities of adapting international experience
to local conditions were considered. Based on the research results, recommendations were developed to improve
the system of collecting and analyzing digital evidence in Uzbekistan. These recommendations serve to increase
the effectiveness of combating cybercrime, ensure national security, and expand international cooperation.
