The dissertation, titled “International Legal Cooperation on Recognition and Enforcement of judicial decisions of foreign states Foreign Court Decisions,” was submitted for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Legal Sciences, specializing in “12.00.10 – International Law.”
