We are pleased to announce that in 2025 Said Gulyamov's article "Theoretical Foundations of Cyber Law: A Conceptual Model of Legal Regulation" was published in the scientific journal "Herald of Legal Sciences" (Volume 9, Issue 3, pages 26-40), which is included in the list of peer-reviewed scientific publications of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan and presents a conceptual analysis of modern approaches to legal regulation in the field of digital technologies.
