On October 31, 2025, Said Gulyamov, Head of the Cyberlaw Department, introduced Swiss guests—Stefan Ziegler, Associate Professor at the Geneva School of Diplomacy and International Relations and documentary filmmaker, and Alexander Clemens Schärer, Counsellor, Diplomatic Affairs at the Embassy of Switzerland to the Republic of Uzbekistan—to the department's activities, its website, educational modules, teaching methodologies, and video lectures. As part of the visit, Professor Stefan Ziegler conducted a screening of the documentary film "The Mandate — for whom international law matters" for students.
