On October 30, 2025, at the republican conference CYBERCRYPTUZ, Professor Said Gulyamov, Doctor of Law, Head of the Cyber Law Department at TSUL, presented a report "Concept and Structure of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan 'On Digital Security and Protection of Critical Information Infrastructure'".

The presentation covered the main provisions of the draft: transition to the concept of "digital security", architecture of the future law, implementation of CSIRT 24/7, risk-based management and incident reporting in accordance with international standards.
