On December 25, 2025, under my scientific supervision, the dissertation defense of B. Abduvaliev on the topic "Smart Cities: Issues of Regulating Civil-Legal Relations" for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Legal Sciences in the specialty "12.00.03 - Civil Law. Business Law. Family Law. International Private Law" was successfully held at the One-time Scientific Council for Awarding Academic Degrees under the Academy.
