The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan has officially registered the “H-INDEX ANALYZER” program created by Professor Said Saidakhrarovich Gulyamov. The certificate of registration (No. DGU 49281) was issued on April 4, 2025, following an application submitted on March 28, 2025 (Application No. DT 202502532).
The program has been registered in the State Register of Software Products of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Legal Protection of Programs for Electronic Computing Machines and Databases.”
Professor Gulyamov is both the author and rights holder of this innovative software solution.
