Academic Achievement

I'm pleased to announce the completion of "Law in the Digital Economy" program at ITM Institute, University of Münster (Germany).I served dual roles: as participant, completing European IP and Media Law (197/200) and European Data Law (B with Distinction), and as guest lecturer on antitrust regulation of digital platforms in the EU and Central Asia. My essay on adapting European experience to Uzbekistan's legal system has been accepted for publication in the LDE collection. I thank my friend and colleague Prof. Thomas Hoeren for his invaluable support of my academic career!
