Since 2024, he has served as Claims Manager at Borderlanders INC, handling complex insurance claims and coordinating departmental operations. He holds both an LL.M. from Penn State Law and an LL.B. in International Law from Tashkent State University of Law. His diverse experience spans private sector legal consulting, diplomatic service, and international finance, with particular expertise in bilateral contracts, public procurement, and regulatory compliance.
