During this meeting, the preliminary examination of the dissertation titled “Preventing Cross-Border E-Crime for Financial Stability in the Digital Economy” will be conducted. The dissertation is written by Naeem AllahRakha, an independent researcher at Tashkent State University of Law, to obtain the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in legal sciences with the specialization 12.00.10 – International Law.
